SimplyBiz Mortgages launch first exclusive rate with Leeds Building Society

SimplyBiz Mortgages Members now have access to the first exclusive mortgage product available through Leeds Building Society on a Shared Ownership 2 Year Fixed Rate.

Leeds Building Society is offering an exclusive, market leading* rate of 5.79%. This rate is offers up to 75% LTV, with up to 95% of the borrowers share available. SimplyBiz Mortgages Members also benefit from no higher lending charge, and a free standard valuation (up to £335).

The rate also features a competitive £199 booking fee, and a £300 completion fee up to £500,000, 1.00% over £500,000 and tapered early repayment charges of 3/2% of the amount redeemed.
