Philip Holroyd, Managing Director of SimplyBiz Mortgages, says; “SimplyBiz sees a bright future for the mortgage industry and has launched a groundbreaking package designed specifically for mortgage intermediaries.”

SimplyBiz Mortgages, the mortgage club which is available exclusively to firms served by SimplyBiz achieved 4% growth in lending last year despite the market falling by some 50%. This announcement now demonstrates further confidence in the sector by providing more benefits but with a lower pricing structure.

The SimplyBiz award winning package will now be provided to mortgage intermediaries for just 1% of turnover with a minimum monthly charge of only £99. The turnover rate of 1% is guaranteed for life and represents outstanding value. SimplyBiz is still the only service company or network to have guaranteed their rates for the lifetime of a firm’s membership having first launched the concept in 2002.

Announcing the new terms Chairman of SimplyBiz Ken Davy said “Firms specialising in mortgages and protection are under real pressure at the present time both from the market itself and from the uncertainties surrounding mortgage networks, several of whom have already disappeared. Our objective is to provide the help and compliance support mortgage firms need as cost effectively as possible.”

The new rate will apply to all firms whose FSA permissions are for mortgages, general insurance and protection only. All existing SimplyBiz member firms whose permissions are restricted to these areas will also have their fees automatically reduced to the new rates from 1^st September.
