We are extremely proud to launch our new and innovative “Live Chat Facility”. Ken Davy will be on-line between 4pm and 5:30pm on Wednesday 1st June 2005 to answer your questions in real time on Simply Biz and industry issues Simply log onto the members area of the Simply Biz website using your username and password. Once logged on at 4pm this page will change to our ‘live chat’ page. At the bottom of the page you will find a free type text box where you just need to fill in your name and question to join the chat forum. Once you have submitted your question it will be sent to Ken for a reply. NOTE: Your question will not appear live on the website at this stage. Once Ken has received your question it will be placed in chronological order as questions are asked. As soon as Ken has replied your question along with his answer will be automatically posted to the website. Your screen will automatically be refreshed every 5 seconds and you can scroll up and down to see questions and answers from fellow members. We hope that you enjoy using this unique facility from Simply Biz and we look forward to receiving your questions.
