SimplyBiz are pleased to announce the launch of our mortgage club. For the past 18 months mortgage club facilities have been provided by Mortgage Support Direct (MSD) to many SimplyBiz firms. Membership to MSD was exclusive to SimplyBiz members only and therefore it is a logical development to offer this service as SimplyBiz Mortgages. With effect from 1st February 2006 MSD will be called SimplyBiz Mortgages. For existing members of MSD there is no need to take any action, other than to start using the new submission stickers which will be issued shortly, as existing agency arrangements with lenders will be automatically updated.
