In his role as an Ambassador for Huddersfield, Ken Davy Chairman of SimplyBiz will be meeting the Queen when she visits Huddersfield on Thursday the 24^th May.

The Queen will be opening the new, state of the art, Media Centre which has received countless accolades for its environmentally friendly design.

Ken Davy will be outlining to the Queen the positive impact the Galpharm Stadium and the partnership between the Stadium, the town’s two major sporting clubs and Kirklees Council has had on Huddersfield and the surrounding area.

Ken Davy comments “To meet the Queen is obviously a great honour in itself however to then be tasked with explaining the way in which the Stadium and our partnership with Kirklees Council has acted as a catalyst for the renaissance of the whole area is a truly exciting prospect. Certainly it is something I am very much looking forward to”.
