20/07/2007 - Bespoke Compliance Solutions Joins SimplyBiz Group

Yorkshire based Bespoke Compliance Solutions have become the second independent compliance service provider to join the SimplyBiz Group this year and follows the Group’s highly successful merger with Compliance First which was completed in February.

As the name implies Bespoke Compliance Solutions Limited (Bespoke) provides tailor-made compliance solutions to directly regulated IFA firms and currently serves over eighty of the UK’s leading financial advisers. Bespoke has operated under the direction of its founder and Managing Director, Caroline Hayes (formerly Thompson) who, with her staff, will continue to look after the client firms of Bespoke. Caroline has also joined the SimplyBiz senior management team as Head of Compliance Policy enabling her to add her extensive experience to the SimplyBiz and Compliance First expertise.
