Over 1000 advisers and their staff register with the New Model Business Academy

Steve Braidford, Managing Director of the New Model Business Academy, has attributed this incredible success to the complete nature of its services and benefits. The Academy, the not-for-profit training and development division of Huddersfield based business support company SimplyBiz, has received over 1000 user registrations since its launch only two months ago. Benefits and services on offer through the Academy fall into four categories; Professional Qualifications, Sharing of Ideas, the Ever Changing Model and Retirement and Succession Planning.

Steve Braidford commented:

“The Academy has proved to be incredibly popular with SimplyBiz member firms and clients of Compliance First, and I believe this is because we offer support, training and guidance on all areas of professional and personal development. There is a heavy focus throughout the industry on advisers gaining professional qualifications at the moment and, whilst we agree that this is a very important area, we believe that it is just a part of helping our member firms to develop and flourish going forward. We also believe that the Academy should be available to everyone – trainees, administrators, paraplanners – who are already part of, or want to join, this fantastic profession.”

An online library, containing hundreds of tried and tested ideas which have previously been successfully used by other members within their businesses, will be launched through the New Model Business Academy in August.
