Reports to: Finance Director
Main Purpose
To provide all round support to the finance team, including the preparation of monthly management account for Bespoke Compliance Solutions Ltd & maintenance of the Bordereau for SimplyBiz Support Ltd. Assist the Finance team on any ad-hoc projects within the department.
Accountabilities
• Maintaining accounting records for Bespoke Compliance Solutions Ltd including preparation of monthly management accounts
• Preparation of monthly Bordereau for SimplyBiz Support Ltd and submission of this data to the insurer. Ensuring timely collection of PII premiums and chasing of any unpaid premiums.
• Maintain the Fixed Asset register for the Group
• Monthly bank reconciliations for the Group as required
• Maintenance of monthly Accrual & Prepayment Schedules for the Group, including posting onto the accounts system and any other journals as requested
• Calculation of monthly payroll for SimplyBiz PLC, including payment of PAYE & NI to HMR&C and submission of annual returns / P11D forms
• Monthly reconciliation of commission statements for SimplyBiz Support Ltd & capital Reward Ltd
• Provide support & training to the other members of the team as required
Qualifications & Experience
• Able to use MS Office & Sage also a good knowledge of Excel would be advantageous.
• General Accounts experience essential.
• Previous experience of producing monthly management accounts and reporting on results to management.

Accounts Assistant Additional Services
Accounts Assistant Additional Services/Credit Control
Grade: C
Reports to: Finance Manager
Main Purpose
To collect all money due in respect of additional services provided by the Simply Biz Group. Maintain the CRM (Goldmine) and accounting system (Sage MMS) with up-to-date and accurate information, relating to the additional services.
Take on the responsibility for chasing and collecting any overdue amounts payable for additional services. Provide support to the Finance Manager in other areas as and when requested. Assist in ensuring the smooth running of all general office procedures.
Accountabilities
• Liaise with other departments to ensure that all additional services provided by the Simply Biz Group are invoiced and members advised of when the payment for the services will be taken.
• Maintain & update Goldmine Finance / Accounts and Extras tabs on a daily basis.
• Maintain and update the Direct Debit collections spreadsheets for all additional services in preparation for transfer to the banking system.
• Deal with all member queries in relation to additional services purchased and payable to the SimplyBiz Group.
• Review the Aged Debtors report for Additional Services and collect any outstanding debts owed.
• Provide cover within the department as and when required.
Qualifications & Experience
• Able to use MS Office & Sage and have a good knowledge of Excel would be advantageous
• Accounts qualification preferable and FPC 1
