The Marketing Department has responsibility for client recruitment, retention strategies, management of our key relationships with business partners and communications throughout the company.
The way in which the Marketing Department manage our workload is through a combination of teamwork, enthusiasm and hard-work. Although every member of the team has a clearly defined job role we also understand that in a developing company it is important to help out other areas of the department, and the company, at various times.
SimplySites Manager Main Purpose:
To manage, maintain and grow the SimplySites and Client Contact facility.
Key Accountabilities
• Provide telephone and email support to member firms.
• Provide and/or arrange training for member firms on Client Contact.
• Marketing of SimplySites and Client Contact in conjunction with the SimplyBiz Marketing Manager to increase usage.
• Develop the SimplySites and Client Contact facility to meet the growing needs of member firms as appropriate.
• Undertake basic website amends and assist member in constructing their websites, often via telephone tutorials.
• Work with the Compliance department to ensure the member websites remain compliant.
• Ensure the SimplySites and Client Content area of the SimplyBiz website is up to date.
• Ad hoc project work as required.
• Provider support to the Head of Marketing as required.
