Steve has been in Financial Services for 19 years, starting at Legal & General in Liverpool. He has successfully run an IFA Business - which he still owns - since 1990.

Before joining the team at SimplyBiz he was head of Business Development at what was then DBS and now has overall responsibility for recruitment and development at SimplyBiz. Steve is a great believer in showing the best practices that each IFA firm possess. He spends most of his time meeting existing and potential members to discuss their needs and helping them to develop their businesses.

Sam has worked in financial services for over eleven years with her roles including; Business Processing, Compliance, Operations, Agencies and Business Development.

Sam works within the Recruitment and Development team and helps to co-ordinate and support the external Business Development Managers.

In her spare time Sam loves to spend time with her daughter Millie and enjoys socialising.

Caroline has over eighteen years experience working within the financial services industry, most recently running a compliance consultancy business catering for IFAs, mortgage brokers and general insurance brokers. She has experienced all aspects of the financial services industry working as an IFA, broker consultant and compliance officer which has helped her to develop a strong understanding of the real needs of the IFA and the challenges that face their businesses.

Caroline’s main area of expertise is the medium to large IFA as their needs are vastly different due to the infrastructure of the firm. She is working with SimplyBiz members to help them develop their businesses giving guidance and advice on their current model and any expansion plans.

She also looks at the inherent compliance risks that could be a potential threat to a firm and assists with the implementation of a control strategy.

Caroline is also a member of the Association of Professional Compliance Consultant’s steering committee and makes regular contributions to industry compliance publications.

Her main passions in life are skiing and outdoor pursuits.

Tracy has been in the financial services industry for over 13 years and began as a Customer Service Advisor in Edinburgh, progressing to a Team Manager.

She moved to back to West Yorkshire three years ago as a BDM; working closely with IFA’s & Mortgage advisors for Scottish Widows Bank.

She joined SimplyBiz Business Development Team in April 2010, as the Sales manager working with the sales team, developing and introducing new business.

Tracy’s free time is spent with my family, enjoying playing with our grand daughter Millie and socialising.

Graham has been with SimplyBiz as a Business Development Manager for Scotland and the South-East of England since mid-2003. He has now moved on to looking after the southern team for SimplyBiz and the sales team in Compliance First. He has worked within the financial service sector since 1986, for the majority of that time he was an IFA. In his spare time Graham is a West Ham supporter and enjoys playing tennis, travelling and going to the theatre.

Fitzroy has spent more than twenty years with one of the leading Life Assurance Companies in the UK in senior managerial roles including Head of Direct Sales and Head of the IFA Division at Colonial. He directed the entire sales and marketing operations in both positions. He was also Head of Development for IMA Mortgage Network and Sales and Marketing Director for CETA Life Network.

His hobbies include golf, travel and he is a keen supporter of Leeds United. He also enjoys walking his two Labradors.

Mark has worked in Financial Services since 1976 and held various roles with Mortgage Lenders and Product Providers. He has also practiced as an IFA and was heavily involved in setting up a Mortgage Network prior to joining Simply Biz.

Anne-Marie has worked in the financial industry for some 14 years now in various roles including that of Practice Manager for small IFA firms. Her role within the Business Development Team at SimplyBiz is to recruit new members and to maintain a good working relationship with existing members located in the South.

Anne-Marie has recently discovered a passion for skiing and is a regular attendant of the gym and boxing club.

Matt joined the Business and Development department of SimplyBiz in August 2008, and is responsible for introducing new business to SimplyBiz in the southern region of the country.

Matt previously worked in several service and training roles at HSBC Bank and prior to that was employed at Modus Publicity PR in London.

He graduated from UCLAN with a BA Hons in Fashion Marketing and Promotion where he specialised in Public Relations and Merchandising. He is also currently studying for his CF1 certificate.

Matt is an avid football player and fan. He plays locally for Brook Motors FC and supports Huddersfield Town. In his spare time he is taking his FA Football Coaching Badges and is trying to spend more time on the golf course.

Tracy joined the SimplyBiz team in 2009, having previously worked in the External Sales Department of an office furniture company. Although new to the finance industry, Tracy has over seven years of experience in telesales and customer service.

Tracy's main role at SimplyBiz is to bring in new business by liasing with potential new members and arranging appointments for the BDMs.

Tracy is also a fully-trained life guard and swimming teacher, and in her spare time enjoys swimming, watersports and socializing with friends.
