Before joining NMBA as National Development Manager in April of this year, Lee started his career in financial services within direct sales/home service in the late nineties. He then progressed on to become a building society manager, mentor mortgage consultant and spent 6 years with IFAs in business development.

Lee firmly believes that at NMBA there is a true understanding of the challenges facing the advising community and therefore they provide ongoing, evolving, valued support to our profession.

In his spare time Lee likes to try and keep fit, play guitar and spend time with his two daughters.

Natalie Joined SimplyBiz in 2007 as PA to Matt Timmins, Marketing Director. She has recently moved across to join the New Model Business Academy.

Since joining SimplyBiz Natalie has played a role in the introduction of the Capital Reward Scheme and spent time working within the Marketing Department, assisting with administrative tasks.

Natalie has recently graduated from the University of Huddersfield studying English with Creative Writing. In her spare team she likes to socialise, read, shop and drink the odd glass of wine.

Adnan previously worked for an insurance company and then for a housing association, and is eagerly learning about financial services. He joined SimplyBiz in November 2007.

His role within the telesales team is to liaise with prospective customers, advising them about the services SimplyBiz can provide, and arranging for the BDMs to see these prospects and bring them on-board. Adnan was born and raised in Tripoli, Libya and speaks fluent Arabic, Urdu, Punjabi and English.

He is a big football fan and supports Manchester United; he also likes playing snooker, partying, and is a happily married man.
