Neil worked as a management consultant for automotive and aerospace industries in the UK and Europe until he was introduced to SimplyBiz as a consultant in 2003, taking up the position of Operations Director early in 2004. Neil has an engineering degree from UCE and an MBA from Manchester Metropolitan University.

Neil works to improve all aspects of service and operations at SimplyBiz to ensure that we continue in our high standards of delivery to our members and partners. He is responsible for the desk-based compliance & member services at SimplyBiz and our general day-to-day business operations & IT.

Neil works closely with the FSA and the Association of Professional Compliance Consultants (APCC) to develop and promote standards for consultants to regulated firms and is active with many of the UK Product Providers to improve service and operations between SimplyBiz member firms and the Life Offices & Investment Houses. Neil is involved with several forums to advance adviser e-commerce and the use of technology to improve business efficiency.

Louisa has worked in the Financial Services industry for 9 years including previous roles in Finance and Compliance. She joined SimplyBiz in December 2002. As Office Administration Manager she acts as Personal Assistant to the Chairman, Ken Davy, and Managing Director, Ian Thorneycroft, and is also responsible for the smooth running of the Administration Team.

Louisa enjoys watching films, reading and socialising.

At SimplyBiz, Olivia is responsible for supporting the administration side of the office. She also looks after the diaries and appointments for both Neil Stevens and Matt Timmins.

Olivia previously worked for Event Management Catering Ltd at Barnsley FC, as an Events Co-ordinator for two years.

When she is not working she enjoys shopping, partying and going to the gym.

Craig joined SimplyBiz in November 2009 after 5 years managing ICT functions for an Essex based IP solutions provider. Before a career change into IT Craig worked as a Collections and Compliance manager for a large retail finance company. Craig brings a wealth of IT and business process knowledge with a keen focus on high quality IT service delivery.

As Head of IT Craig is responsible for the overall management of the SimplyBiz ICT infrastructure. His role includes the management and maintenance of the IT & Communications Environment. Managing contracts to achieve best-value from our support services suppliers for IT, CRM and telecommunications environment and ensuring a robust and responsive user-support service for all internal and field-based staff.

Josephine is the first person that you will speak to when you call or visit SimplyBiz as she runs the reception desk, alongside Kelly. She also assists various teams on a daily basis. Josephine has recently passed her ITQ2 NVQ qualification.

In her spare time, Jos is a shopoholic and has been known to induldge in eight hour shopping sprees! She also enjoys gardening, pillion rides in the countryside on her partner's motorbike and tucking into a nice curry and the odd glass of wine!
