David has been with SimplyBiz from the start. He considers enthusiasm, integrity and having a hands-on approach as key ingredients to success.

His primary responsibility is to ensure member firms have easy access to competitive and ongoing PII. He is responsible for delivering a level of customer service which delights member firms, as being helpful is our business!

Tim has worked in the financial services industry for over eight years and joined SimplyBiz from a large network in 2003. Tim now works in our PII department helping SimplyBiz members to obtain PII cover.

Tim is a keen sports enthusiast, being a season ticket holder at Huddersfield Town Football Club and Huddersfield Giants Rugby League Club.

Clare has worked within the Financial Services Industry for 18 months, playing a key role in our PII Department.

Clare holds 4 years experience in the secretarial/administration field, where she gained her NVQ level 2 in Admin and is currently working towards achieving her financial services qualifications. Prior to joining SimplyBiz, Clare gained valuable experience working as a Personal Secretary in the NHS and has gained A-Levels in Business and Law from the two years she spent at college.

In her spare time Clare enjoys reading, socialising and attending the gym.

Phil assists member firms in dealing with any claims, as well as helping to ensure complaints are dealt with effectively, and liasing with PI Insurers.

Previously, Phil has worked in financial services for over 10 years; firstly as Financial Adviser for a bank and then a Compliance Consultant, mainly handling investment complaints for major banks and life insurers.

Away from work, he enjoys taking part in sports such as rugby and squash, and his interests include travelling, skiing, walking and reading.
