We will also assist you in implementing Novation Agreements. These allow the transfer of potential liabilites, due to claw back, from the current holder of the agency i.e. the network to your new practice. This should allow future commission due, including renewals, to be paid to you without delay.

Stationery: Your new firm will require up to date and compliant stationery. If required, SimplyBiz have arrangements with a printer for cost effective stationery and we will also provide the compliance support.
