As part of the service SimplyBiz will:
- Provide regular regulatory bulletins, sent by e-mail. The first time that you login to the SimplyBiz members' site you will be asked to complete a profile detailing the areas of information that are of most interest to you. By using this system we ensure that the communiactions you receive are clear, concise and relevant for your business.
- Arrange a pre-FSA visit health-check by one of our Compliance Advisers
- Attend post-registration FSA visits
- Notify you of any FSA reporting requirements.
- Come to your office for an installation visit, which will be inclusive of the provision of FSA compliance procedures.
- As required, approve your letterhead, e-mail template, fax-header, business card, compliment slip, a corporate brochure and Terms of Business
- Provide a compliance helpdesk and query facility. The interactive and comprehensive compliance manual and library available in the members' area of our site means that support is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you are not currently directly regulated by the FSA, we will provide you with step by step assistance to ensure that your transfer to direct regulation is as smooth and hassle free as possible. This assistance includes:
- Completion of the FSA Application Forms
- The arrangement of insurance company agencies
- Assistance in transferring existing agencies
