Congratulations to Simplybiz Mortgages and the Financial Intermediary & Broker Association (FIBA), who have announced the launch of a new Specialist Property Finance Panel.

The joint initiative provides members with access to a broad range of lenders offering bridging, development finance, specialist buy-to-let and commercial lending products.  At launch, the panel includes B&W Bridging, FBSE Finance, InterBay, Market Harborough Building Society, Octopus Real Estate, Paragon, Precise, Roma, Saffron Building Society and United Trust Bank.

The new panel represents the latest enhancement to the proposition available to FIBA and Simplybiz Mortgages members, as both organisations continue to support development and wider access within the specialist lending sector.
