The SimplyBiz Group is delighted to have picked up the award for Best Support Service for Advisers at last night's Professional Adviser Awards.

"We were delighted to receive this important accolade from Professional Adviser, particularly as the judging panel commended us specifically on the satisfaction ratings we have received from you, the firms we serve. Thank you for your ongoing support, it is greatly appreciated by us all.
Please be assured however, that we have no intention of resting on our laurels.
Therefore, whilst this Award recognises the high quality services we delivered during 2017, already in 2018 we have further strengthened our services in several key areas. For example in January we launched our GDPR and SimplyRefer Hubs and Regulatory Planner. We also announced our fantastic new Centra offering, which is “next level” technology that will improve your efficiency and profitably whilst saving you countless hours of time.
These new services and propositions are just the beginning of what we have planned for 2018, all created with the objective of providing you with the support you need to remain compliant, profitable and successful."
This award recognises the efforts of the Group over the past 12 months in supporting advisers against the backdrop of increasing regulatory and economic challenges.

2017 was another great year for The SimplyBiz Group. Organic growth means that we now provide compliance and business support to over 3,500 directly regulated advisory firms and we have continued to invest in new and enhanced existing services to ensure you have the support you need to operate compliantly and efficiently and can provide the service your clients desire, whilst building up value in your business.
Some of the recent highlights which contributed to our win include:
- Delivering our biggest learning and development programme to date with over 300 face to face events plus The Advice Show, our live broadcast – which this year is even bigger!
- The launch of our market leading NextGen web solution, providing firms with a new web presence to tap into changing consumer behaviour – online adviser interaction and the ability to transact – we have now built over 500 sites - see www.nextgensites.co.uk
- Our continued commitment to you the adviser, which has seen Ken Davy once again championing the cause, influencing key issues such as the FSCS levies
- We launched SimplyProtect V7 – which saw over 1500 advisers sign up for enhanced services and rates
- Bolstering our pension technical helpdesk to meet increased demands from advisers
- Launched a pension transfer bureau to support advisers in the transfer market (1500+ cases dealt with last year alone, which has seen us expand this service to now offer a panel), plus extended our own DB Transfer File Checking Service
- We continue to provide regulatory guidance including a session at all F2F events, online, email and helpdesk
- Launched a consultancy service to help advisers build, document and implement a robust centralised investment process appropriate for their business
- Launching the UK’s first Workplace Academy to help those firms working in or looking to work in the corporate space
- Cross industry collaboration to support members with AE training and support, including exclusive exam training from the professional bodies
- Comprehensive marketing programme to ensure advisers can provide their clients with information and support they needed
