1. Who we are and how to contact us
The Site is operated by a member of the Fintel group of companies, the ultimate holding company of which is Fintel plc (registered in England and Wales with company number 09619906 and registered address at Fintel House, St Andrew’s Road, Huddersfield, HD1 6NA.
All references to 'our', 'us', 'we', or ‘company’ within these Terms are deemed to refer to Fintel plc, its subsidiaries (with the exclusion of Defaqto Limited, Comparison Creator Limited and Defaqto Nordic AS), affiliates and associates.
2. There are other terms that may apply to you

13. Uploading content to our site
Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload content to our site, or to make contact with other users of our site, you must comply with the Standards.

How we may use your personal information
Breach of this policy
When we consider that a breach of these terms has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate including, but not limited to, the following actions:
- Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site.
- Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any Contribution uploaded by you to our site.
- Issue of a warning to you.
- Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
- Further legal action against you.
- Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary or as required by law.
We exclude our liability for all action we may take in response to breaches of the Standards. The actions we may take are not limited to those described above, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.

You may not use our trade marks, logos or trade names except in accordance with these terms. Where we give permission to use our trade marks, logos or trade names, you shall do so only in accordance with our brand guidelines, which are available on request at email@example.com.
