Client engagement is top priority for advisers in 2022
The future of our profession
The challenges brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic have made us rethink many of the things we do – how we go about our daily lives, our jobs, our interaction with our families and friends. In terms of our profession, we have seen a shift in the way we consume information and services – both from a business and consumer perspective - and we have seen the value of advice really come to the forefront.
As we start to look to the future, we reached out to advisers and asked them what their thoughts were about the future; how they were feeling, what their key objectives were, and how their intended to operate. As a result of this feedback, we were able to gain a picture of what our profession may look like as we move forward.
