“COVID19 has brought an unprecedented period of uncertainty, anxiety and a level of disruption that will affect clients and businesses across the globe.

“We remain wholly committed and capable to continue supporting the businesses of our Member Firms fully through these challenging times.

“The SimplyBiz Group has invested significantly in fintech and a state-of-the-art digital services platform that will enable us to continue to provide firms who use our services with the software, the support, the knowledge and essential learning and skills they will need now, and in the future.

“The support and enhancement of our fintech platform will continue and accelerate; putting market leading state of the art technology at the fingertips of our Members, and providing them with our fantastic team for support and training as usual. Only yesterday, we held a digital training session with over 100 financial advisers, covering the enhanced use of back office technology.

“We will be constantly communicating with Members on a regular basis to ensure they are up to speed on CPD qualifying virtual events, the latest compliance information and various ways in which we can support technology and digital capabilities. We will be with our Members every step of the way.

“Clients will now, possibly more than ever, need adviser reassurance and expertise to cope with enormous disruption and the most difficult decisions. The SimplyBiz Group will continue to serve Members fully, and we will continue to put the leading software and services at their disposal to keep them compliant and successful, even in the most challenging times.
