SimplyBiz releases details of H2 event programme SimplyBiz releases details of H2 event programme

SimplyBiz has announced the details of its events programme for the end of 2022, after receiving over 11,500 bookings for its events during the first six months of the year. The full year’s programme contains around 400 events, delivered in combination of online and face-to-face formats.

The programme for the end of the year includes SimplyBiz’s flagship Learning & Development Events and Mortgages Meetings, as well as more focussed series of events on tax efficient investments, protection, ESG, buy-to-let, and green mortgages.

Richard Ardron, Marketing Director of SimplyBiz, commented:

“After 2020, I’m sure we’re all sick of hearing the word ‘unprecedented’ – however, the events of the past few years have caused seismic shifts in many areas of our lives, and we’re continually adapting our events programme to reflect the new ways in which advisers are choosing to take on their learning, development, and networking opportunities.

“Many delegates have been delighted to get back to a face-to-face meeting environment, whilst others have opted to stick with wholly virtual events, or a mix of the two. In addition, we’ve also seen a fairly even split in the way in which attendees structure the time they spend at events. We have a majority percentage of advisers who like to attend our full or half day meetings, preferring to put aside a large chunk of time on a certain day for development. However, we’ve also seen a huge increase in attendance at our hour-long webinars, for those who prefer their learning in bite-sized chunks.

“Our job is to adapt quickly to ensure that our members have access to all the vital training and development opportunities they need, in the way which works best for them, and our evolving event programme for the rest of the year is testament to that.”
